The first hpci-congress – a resounding success

The first home and personal care ingredients congress in Warsaw on November 25-26, 2008 was a great success. A total of around 400 visitors and conference delegates from 8 countries attended the conference and the poster exhibition.

Coorganised by the PSCC ( Polish Society of Cosmetic Chemists) and supported by the Polish Association of Cosmetics and Home Care Products Producers and the Polish Union of Private Employers of Cosmetics Industry as well as SEPAWA e.V., the congress could welcome representatives of many cosmetic and household care producers from Poland and beyond. This result clearly showed, that Cental and Eastern Europe needs an event like hpci and that Warsaw is the right location for this.

We are very satisfied with the outcome of the first hpci-congress. We are absolutely confident of the concept hpci offers: cost-effective benefits for all – visitors, delegates and exhibitors alike. In these days this format is both timely and succesful for all. This is also obviously proven by the fact, that the majority of the exbhibitors from this year have reserved their booth already for 2009. The next hpci-congress is scheduled for November 24-25,2009 in Warsaw. Of course we will now concentrate on building and strengthening the event. It will be our goal to attract even more Central and Eastern European countries and their respective organisations to participate actively in the congress„  says Robert Fischer, exhibition director.
